We deliver only within Australia we have a flat rate of $14.95 this is shipped via Australia post Express Post. Not all locations in Australia are next day delivery please see the Australia Post website for details.

If you spend more than $50.00 then shipping is free. It’s that simple.

When you make a order of $50 or more you will pay no shipping fees. For all orders under $50 you shipping fee will be only $14.95.

Delivery FAQ’s

How long will it take till I receive my order?

If you place & pay for your by 3pm Sydney time it will be dispatched same day. If you are within the Express Post Next Day Delivery Network you will receive it next day. Please view the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network.

I have only receive part of my order. When will I receive the rest of my order?

From time to time we may be out of stock and we may send your order in two parts. If this is the case you will be sent an email informing you of when the rest of your order will be arriving.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Sorry but we don’t not send orders overseas. We are intending on offering this service in the very near future.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not offer this service of orders made over the internet. If you would like to visit our store we are located at 20 Bridge road GLEBE NSW 2037.

Do you deliver helium balloons?

Yes we do helium balloons but we only deliver to the local area. Please see our Delivery Map as a guide to where we deliver.
